Get some rest lit' buddy as we have another busy day tomorrow with swimming and karate lessons (and maybe a trip to the mall too...since it's supposed to rain!).

Boys x 4
Today was my first day of watching both Simon and Issac this summer. I was pleasantly happy with the behavior for all the boys and we had a great time. From trampoline (it was a hit!) to the school park, we were on the go for almost 8 hours (2 hours after Shelly got home, we continued to play). It was a fun, sunny summer's day, that has ended like this for Austin (and it's only 5pm):

Another belt in Karate...
Jumpin'
A week ago I made a big purchase at Wal-Mart. Big, as in size. A 14 ft. trampoline with enclosure. Neighbors have a 12 ft. one and I thought that this wouldn't be much bigger, but it is. After a couple hours of putting it together last night, with the help of Shelly our next door neighbor, I had a little hesitation and buyers remorse regarding the size. I kept looking out the window wondering if it was really as big as it looked. As Dave and I tried to move it to the patio area and found it was too big to do that, I knew for sure it was BIG. As I came inside around 9:30 last night, Dave mentioned that now that we finally have our sprinkler system, we have this huge thing in the backyard. I apologized, as I didn't realize it was so big either. Oh well - I think it will be okay and we can take it down in the winter if we want.
So...today, after stitching the enclosure down for about 45 minutes, the boys climbed inside. Then I climbed in. They were like little popcorn laughing as I jumped and they bounced giggling. I think the hesitation and buyer's remorse is out the window, as we had a ball out there together!
So, here's the beast (a bit of an eye sore too!)....
And here's what it does to the boys after a half hour of jumpin'! Yeah!

Summer is here!
Today the boys and I went to the Oregon Zoo to meet Cristi there for a afternoon of fun in the sun. It was a beautiful day, and was nice and warm. We weren't the only ones that thought that the sunny day would be well spent there. The boys were really tired and both fell asleep on the way home (hour traffic to and from, due to the accident on I-5). We are ready for summer now and can't wait for more summer days!
Here's some photos:
Here's some photos:
Austin, as big as a Bald Eagle (almost!)
Caden, being so good in his stroller all day! He was tired and ready to go!

It's been awhile...
Here's are some cute photos of the boys from last week!

It has been awhile since I've posted. We were getting ready for our vacation...then our vacation came and went (it was so much fun!) and we've been back for a week now. Lots going on - Austin's last day of school is tomorrow...Caden has taken awhile to get back on his routine after vacation (the crib tent is a heaven sent!)...Dave got his braces off...and I launched my little business with Sensaria Natural Bodycare as an Independent Representative (www.mysensaria.com/lorilee). Yes, we've been busy.
